The Fourteenth Annual Eco-Energy Best Cellars Dinner will be presented on Monday, April 29, 2013 at the The Bridge Building, 2 Victory Avenue, Nashville, TN. The event benefits the T.J. Martell Foundation’s Frances W. Preston Labs at Vanderbilt Ingram Cancer Center.
The T.J. Martell Foundation’s Best Cellars Dinner features a four-course dinner by world class chefs matched with the top vintage wines and celebrity guests. Each table is unique as to the world class wine provided by the Wine Host (Best Cellars) and the celebrity host seated with the guests (Best Sellers). The event has raised more than $1.5 million for the mission of funding ground-breaking cancer research.
Bob Waggoner, Executive Chef, Watermark
Chef Bob is a media-savvy cooking expert, winning an Emmy for his show “Off the Menu” and making appearances on CNN, CBS, The Travel Channel, and the Food Network. He is the host of two new television series UCook! With Chef Bob and UTravel! With Chef Bob debuting this Fall and in 2014.
Sean Brock, Executive Chef, Husk Charleston
Winner of the James Beard Best Chef Southeast Award, Chef Brock was the winner of Next Great Chef episode of the Food Network Challenge and appeared on Iron Chef America. Husk Charleston was named Best New Restaurant in America by Bon Appetit in 2011, and Husk Nashville will be opening here in 2013.
